For full bathroom remodels ReVision Design Build practices a complete planning system that enables us to know all design concepts, features, fixtures, and materials prior to lifting a finger in construction. We spend a considerable amount of time planning out every aspect of your project, including the budget, the schedule, and meticulous design that is both aesthetically beautiful and fits the needs of your specific lifestyle. We complete this through a design-build method of running our business.

1. Complimentary in-home design consultation

One of our design professionals will come to your home help assess your needs. We examine your lifestyle and the goals of your bathroom improvement project while suggesting solutions and ideas on how best to move forward. Preliminary budget requirements will be discussed, as well as our general process.

2. Design Development

Once we’ve established that ReVision Design Build is an excellent match for your project we will gain a more in depth understanding of your existing space and project goals by taking accurate measurements, generating architectural floor plans, and continue with more in depth surveys about level of finishes and style desired. We create 1-2 directions that your project could take and isolate any design challenges and their potential solutions. We research past projects of similar scope, specialty sub contractors, vendors, permitting laws, and conservation to create an accurate budget for the proposed scope of work.

3. Construction Documents and Material Selections

After we have isolated the preliminary design that best suits your needs, we continue to collaborate with you and your family to select every feature, material, and fixture that will go into your project and develop construction documents. Typically, we will provide elevation renderings of the proposed space so that you can more accurately envision the changes that we will be making. At this point, the final budget for your project is presented based on the final design and finishes that were developed and selected. This final budget is guaranteed, because we’re very confident of our level of planning at this point. We’re also able to give you a timeline for your project at this time as well.

4. Pre-Construction Meeting

Before construction starts, we hold a quick meeting with you at your house that serves as an introduction to the production team and your project manager. During this meeting, we cover all
of the key information needed to complete a successful project. Lines of communication, material and tool storage, dust protection, work hours, and special requests are all gone over to ensure that you are not only happy with the final built product, but the construction process as well.

5. Substantial Completion Walk-Through

Once the project is substantially completed our project manager will walk through with you and list any items to be handled on the punch list, schedule a date of completion of such items to complete the project.

6. Post Construction Wrap-Up & Project Binder

We let you experience and enjoy your new space for a couple weeks and schedule a sit down meeting in your home to gather your feedback on how you feel the project was executed from design through completion so that we can continue to improve and serve you even better during your next project. We also provide you with a project binder that contains all of the information was used to make your project successful — contracts, construction documents, renderings, and fixture information, so that you can maintain your new space properly and provide the next owner piece of mind that your project was executed correctly.
